I was there in October and what struck me was that nothing had changed. Literally everything was as it was before the fire. Nit even the decor had changed. You're right. I think that this is what is at crux of this change. Gay porn was hard to find in the 70's and 80's. You had to go to a XXX theater, or a video booth porn shop.
