And now the CEO of Gab has disclosed that the shooter had an account. It was not particularly active, but most of the posts were supportive of Biden, his border policy, and covid lockdowns.

He said the reason they believe it was Crooks is that they received an emergency disclosure request from law enforcement. The posts were from 2021 in the screenshots.

That may say more about you than anything. Fuentes (and his ilk) has already been roundly rejected by the right, who often joke that his asexual Catholicism is his attempt to suppress that he's gay. On libertarian/right wing Twitter, when he's mentioned, it's met with a chorus of condemnation and mockery. I find it hard to believe that he'll suddenly become so popular that the general public is forced to find out who he is.

A video was published today with a former classmate who claimed that Crooks had ridiculed him for liking Trump. He also said that Crooks expressed dislike of politicians from all parties. 

I'm not a gambler, but I think it's more likely he registered to vote against Trump, but there is just not enough information to conclude anything yet.

I'm neither Republican or a Democrat, but at various times, I've been registered for both parties. 

Here in NH, a lot of Democrats registered as Republican for the primary, in order to vote for Haley. This was being pushed in many battleground or swing states, including PA.

This kid is known to have donated to a progressive group. Although Pennsylvania has a closed primary, there is nothing to prevent someone from registering with either party at least 30 days before and be eligible to vote. A Newsweek article from December cites over 35k voters switching their registration from Democrat to Republican.

It's not unrealistic to think that this kid registered Republican in order to vote against Trump.

The movie in which some people reside is fascinating.
