Syph is very easy to resolve. Usually a single jab of penicillin clears it right up. The most telltale obvious sign of it is when you get flat small blood spots that look like pimples but aren't on your palms that don't go away. Sometimes it also appears on your soles and from what my sexual health doctor told me, syph has been evolving to manifest more in rashes on body trunks more than limb extremities nowadays.
Only thing sucky about it is that you're out of action for at least a month to make sure that the bacteria is totally killed off in your body. Also note that you can still get residual false-positive results for months afterwards even if you're all clear; it's kinda like Covid-19 where your body will take time to shed harmless bacterial fragments that don't have any infectivity powers.
Caught it twice so far. The fucking irony is that 1) both times it came from the same fuckbuddy, and 2) it was a female fuckbuddy I had been barebacking with; I bareback with more males as a bottom than I top females, yet I caught nothing from any of the men I bottomed for whilst it was the female FWB who gave it to me. 100% certainty it was her, because after the first time I caught syph I was out of action for two months (one for my body to clear the test again, another due to Covid), I fucked her again as my first sex partner after the two-month break, and displayed the very same syph symptoms again barely three days after that session. =.= Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones that has a body immune system that reacts so quickly and thoroughly with medicine assistance.
