Theres a big open area where everyone gets changed although I'd advised to wear gear under you normal clothes and then just take them off when you get there. You get all body shapes there, they just photograph the muscular ones!

Congrats on the new site. One thing I used to like and which was the first thing I always did on the old site was to go to my profile to see what my friends had posted recently. Is there an equivalent feature here? -

I definitely think you could monetize the poz fetish stuff. Remember loads of guys get turned on by it but wouldn't ever post about it. However they would probably love to watch poz themed vids. I would definitely pay for high quality poz on neg content. -
