Met a hot Mexican man with the ripest dick ever. It smells like he hasn’t taken a shower for days. I was in dick sucking heaven. His musty scent turned me into a pig and I begged him to treat me like a faggot that I am. He then ordered me to bend over. I asked if he was negative, which somehow upset him “why do faggots think too much!? Shut up already!” Then he bred my hole and ordered me to get the fuck out. I would serve him again.

Thanks for the great explanation! I will for sure read more into it for clarification as well as for self-learning. I also agree with you that it takes time for the drug to work and provide adequate protection against HIV. Last time I check, it would take about 5-7 days for the drug to reach it therapeutic concentration. And it is important to take drug everyday to maintain this. Even though ID isn't my specialty, I am still very interested in learning about HIV meds, especially Truvada since it is now so popular in our community. Biochem is a great field! Super fun to learn but pretty challenging. Good thing I only had to take a course of it. But it was the one of the best course I've ever taken in college! 🙂

For sure, as you said, the difference between the two drugs are their prodrug forms of tenofovir, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF in Truvada) vs. tenofovir alafenamide (TAF in Descovy). Both of these prodrugs have no anti-HIV activities and must be metabolized to phosphonate tenofovir (TFV), which is potent against HIV, but also nephrotoxic and bone mineral density reducing. The difference in their metabolisms is what make TDF (Truvada) theoretically better for PreP. TDF is broken down to TFV when it enters the blood stream, while TAF can survive prolonged systemic exposure and get converted to TFV once it enters an infected target cell. Based on this difference, TFV is about 10x more concentrated in the blood if the person takes TDF (Truvada), which is theoretically favorable for someone who doesn’t have HIV, but was exposed and the virus just entered his/her body through blood. And please correct me if I am wrong. I had some trainings in infectious diseases but ID is not my field.

Based on the mechanisms of action of the two drugs, Truvada offers better protection theorerically. Haven't read the trials of Descovy used as Prep yet. If you don't have any kidney problems, I don't suggest switching to Descovy right away. Wait at least a few years first and see if Descovy is as good as Prep. If there are more incidences of people contracting the virus while they're on Descovy, then that's your answer for which drugs is better.

Sorry in advance if this 'particular' piss topic is not for everyone. But here we go: I absolutely love drinking piss, whether the piss is fresh or stale, or if it's coming from the tap or from the public urinal, I enjoy them all! Recently, I've been curious about trying those trucker bombs but not too sure about where to find them. I know they can be found along the highway road, but it might be hard to spot them when you're in the car driving. Will there be a higher chance of finding them at rest stops? And for those who might not know what a trucker bomb is, it's basically a plastic container (could be a milk jug or a water bottle) that the trucker pisses in while he is driving his truck.

Recently learned what a "Trucker Bomb" is... essentially it is a plastic bottle (ie milk, Gatorade, soda) that contains piss load from truckers who is too lazy to make a stop to use the bathroom. Once they're done, they toss it out of the window. Oftentimes, these truckers are also on meth to help them stay awake for the long drive, therefore these plastic bottles are considered bio hazards. Meth addicts also pick up these road side containers to drink to get high. I am into drinking chem piss to get high, and my dealer agreed to give me his chem piss. I provided him a 2 liters bottle for him to fill up in which he complained that he won’t be able to piss that much. But he said he would ask his other dealer buddies and maybe his costumers to help him fill the bottle with their piss. A few hours later. I picked up a completely filled 2 liters pissed bottle and drank it through out the day without any idea who else filled the bottle besides him. PS: the chem piss was super strong as they were piss from dealers.
