When you are a person who has been involved in science you will understand this the claims are based on association and epidemiological evidence which is meaningless mostly opinion based not science facts. (This sort of thing is good for gaining funding and fooling uneducated people in the field) Here is an example on sunny days more people drown the sun is the cause (which is incorrect many other variables) The study you linked to uses the same biased false info they used to claim cholesterol is the cause of heart disease yet they provide no experiemtns and keep claiming risk and cause yet show now evidence of it its complete nonsense.

I wouldn't pay to much attention to the cure talk it's all BS. Cures do not make $$$ what they are really doing is looking for treatments or prevention which wont be one dose but a long term making it fairly cost effective so they can sell it for a fair price but also make a nice amount when you take them for decades.

A fair few people claiming HPV strain "causes" cancer this is untrue. We do not know the "cause" of any type of cancer. It has an association which is not valid science it's the same as stating on sunny days more people drown its because of the sun. The same with when people talk about risk this is cause/effect statement yet they don't know the cause so again invalid.

Being a medical professional I can tell you first hand you should use both tools available. (use proper sources not pubmed or social media) Medical professionals go with what they are told so if you are working for say the NHS you go with what they say even if it is not correct this is how it works. This is why I always advise people to look at research and I will try to explain it to them but I can't go by it they would need to choose that option I am limited to what I can do (A lot of medical professionals are closed minded and will believe whatever they are told and drug companies claim even if a patient shows them facts)

This is based on my own experience both in Thailand and currently in UK. The antibody tests do not work unless you have had a serious case of infection and it has to be done quickly so it is a useless test at this current stage for general public countries like US that keep trying to push this stuff is really wrong something not right about that country very iffy motives going on over their some of it reminds me of the outbreak of HIV. The herd immunity method sounds good but for this it was based on false information and the thing is with viruses they mutate or inpact people differently so it's rare to have full immunity which is why you see that anybody can get a cold/flu over and over again the difference is how they can deal with it I expect this to be the same. Another big issue is you may not get sick but you can be a carrier for a very long time and testing may show you as clear but you then end up carrying it again this is limited data but cases have been seen even if it just via your hands for example spreading it around. If you are working around this it doesn't always matter if you have all the correct gear etc you are exposed to a lot of it so it keeps upping the % you then add in fatigue/stress plus other factors it puts you at even more risk so to say people will be fine just go out etc is poor advice this is why in Thailand the people working in ICU are working 16+ hours and isolated as well in their only the doctors that have very limited contact are not stuck in their. Regarding the strains reports claiming their is so many strains is not correct evidence has shown slight mutations but again the data is limited this could be based on some peoples dna and the headlines coming out about 7+ strains is the family group of Coronavirus not just this one this is what confuses a lot of people that do not have any medical background the same is many other illness or diseases they hear say herpes well that covers a group

Type 2 is curable so that is a good thing. This is common for these type of doctors/nurses to prescribe them it's very poor that they do so rather then try alternatives I found myself taking a look at some ones lifestyle tends to find the cause for a lot of these issues but most modern medicine has no interest in this just wants to push more drugs US is highly known for this. This is not good idea Taking antibiotics when you do not need them is not good for your health also will increase the risk of resistance. Some of these studies are poorly controlled also at times are money driven looking for ways to give us more pills we do not need (statins is prime example but im not going to get into that)

Yes the media are running a lot of stories being misleading and crying to scare people. The numbers you are quoting from which you do not mention the source are incorrect and to claim this is not as bad as the flu or on par is also incorrect. Other issue is this has not mass spread as such so if you look at population numbers compared to infected it is small if it hits larger numbers the count will soon rise plus a lot of people stay critical for fair amount of time it's not like you get it and bam you are dead it drags on (I have seen some fully healthy people just drop dead from this it happened in Thailand few weeks ago) No one has been cured their is no cure recovered yes but they can still get it again so it doesn't mean they are immune. Wrong about the temps you really need to stop listening to BS I know their is a lot around at the minute but their is no proper evidence to back that up plus they are not sure how many strains their are first they though 1 now they know theirs is at least 2. (only tested temp to show it kills Corv-19 is 70c) Their is no meds and this is misleading its not Corv-19 that kills you as such it weakens you for other virus etc to come in.
