Hey guys, So I'm currently on PrEP through Gilead's assistance program. I'll be moving to the LA area next month, and I'll only have about 7-10 days worth of Truvada once I get there.. I'll be driving across the country. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? Gilead said I should just get an appointment with a doctor as soon as I get there and have the doctor get a new prescription which takes a few more days to process. I just don't want to get into a situation where I won't have medication. Is there a possibility of getting a refill before? Also, if you have any suggestions for doctors who have experience with PrEP in LA, it would be great. Thanks for the help!
