So Monday night I went to the bathhouse, being very high, and have been fucked by several guys. I insisted on playing safe but some would "pop in" with their dicks when , after I noticed, I only wanted to continue by playing safe. Then with one guy we fucked (I was bottom) and then after he came, the condom was gone. He said it probably slid off and we bought a douche to see that the condom was indeed in my ass. I wasn't really panicking (he said he was neg) since I thought this guy was honest, but tbh I was so high, I couldn't tell.
So now I'm in my comedown and realising it was risky behaviour, so now I just started taking a PEP treatment.
My question, being a very piggy boy once in a while and feel like I still wanna try and experiment, if for example tomorrow I would go to the bathhouse again and take as many loads as possible (never have done that before, but really a dark fantasy), will PEP still do it's job? I feel the need to get all of my piggyness out this time. Of course no guarantee, but will I deduce the effects of PEP if I take more loads with possible HIV? (I'm aware of not being protected for sti's)
Ps. I heard of PrEP but unfortunately it's not yet available in my country. Will do that ASAP when it is available.
