I don't go to the gym, instead I work out with a group and a trainer so my workouts are planned / thought out beforehand and all I have to do is show up and put in effort. It's been working out well for me

I had a pretty severe reaction to PrEP when I first got on it. However, after I switched to Descovy for PrEP I no longer have had any issues for years. My reaction was different from what you describe, I had a skin rash that broke out all over my body, it was pretty intense and frightening at the time.

I don't know much about prostate cancer, just wanted to send some positive vibes your way - sorry for your diagnosis, but I hope your treatment will be effective. My partner had vocal cord cancer, and from that experience I know that some times making choices between treatment options there's a trade off between how likely a treatment is to be effective, vs the negative side effects of the treatment - do you know what the likely differences between the surgery and the radiation treatments are for you?
