Yeah. The rheumatology team didn’t have an immediate answer, and I wasn’t on prep at the time when they gave the doses… I had just come out of sedation for first dose and wasn’t in right mind to ask questions…. The treatment was more important than the Prep to be fair… just judging for future. I’m definitely not healthy enough (fitness and lungs) to be ready to play. Gonna ask the clinic providing prep soon when I’m home from this hospital stay.

Got diagnosed with an auto immune disease (GPA Vasculitis)… does anyone know PREP’s effectiveness while being treated with Rituximab… unlikely I’ll start soon anyway, need major rehab of body and lungs, but am curious. (Definitely some wet dreams of how vulnerable I am but, that’s staying a fantasy)

I've been wondering, as I've taken to over the last decade dressing normally very cleanly as an average build almost 6 foot, 160 pound half asian man... what I should look to wear to .... well to be noticed as a slut ... thinking both blatantly on occasion, and maybe something to subtle to my normal clothing, which is a mix of slim fit jeans and pants, buttoned shirts or very nice tshirts normally. I like talking to people online and meeting them that way and being a slut in private... but I kind of want to feel the excitement on occasion of thinking, yeah, everyone knows I am... I just had never thought of presenting myself that way until recently, and don't really know what would work for me.

I once had a conversation with an online person, whom I am long since am convinced is a fake -- about something that hot that has me wondering if its real, and made me horny regardless.
