A few people have asked me how the Ball Buster party went in NYC last weekend.  I was mostly keeping people updated through my Twitter page.  The party was great and Tim had the most people he'd ever had at a Ball Buster party so I'm proud to have been part of that.  That said, the party is still trying to get off the ground in a very competitive market but it is definitely starting to build into something.  My guess is that it will really turn the corner and explode once the Pride version of the party happens in June.  He landed none other than Dolf Deitrich as the main co-host with Sean Storm appearing later in the night and an up-and-comer by the name of Matthew Taylor also appearing (I laughed with Tim about how there are not very many parties in the universe where Sean Storm gets SECOND billing.  THAT is going to be a crazy party.)  At my party, I ended up topping most of the night because everyone kind of wanted to get fucked by the "special guest" (lol, its still so weird for me to say things like that--I am just a regular dude!).  That was a little unexpected but I don't have very many nights where I run around topping everybody, so it was a cool kind of fun precisely because I don't do it a lot.  Plus, two nights earlier, on my first night in NYC, I ended up in this situation where I was getting fucked on this table like thing at the Cumunion party and ended up, literally, with a line of guys waiting to fuck me.  I ended up taking 15 loads!  That whole scene is easily going into my "top 5 hottest experiences of all time" list (although not at number 1---nothing will ever beat the Pig Week Gang Bang Lottery thing).  The point here is it was a great, balanced, trip because I had an awesome night bottoming and an awesome night topping and just overall had a fun time.

I'm not sure where to share this story.  It's not exactly appropriate for here but it's too long for Twitter and I don't have anywhere else where I post status updates.  Plus, some of you have followed my exploits as I try to start a porn career later in life.

I got an email out of the blue from a studio I never would have applied to.  I know my place in the hierarchy of guys and I am definitely not, for instance, Falcon or Titan Media material (neither of those are the studio in question, I am just using them as examples).  I am more of a "regular looking piggy guy" type model: think Factory Video, Dudes Raw, Breed Me Raw, and to some extent Treasure Island and Raw Fuck Club, although their guys have gotten hotter over time and may have moved out of my league.  Still, I would say in general I know what seems attainable and what doesn't and I'm not aiming for things that are just flat out ridiculous.

So I was surprised to get this email.  The casting guy said they had been given my info from someone and would I like to fill out an application at their site?  It came to an odd email address that I don't use very often and I knew it had to somehow be related to my one claim to fame so far, the Pig Week video I did in November.  So....what the hell?  I never would have applied here but I have THEM contacting ME to ask me to, so why not?  Doesn't cost anything but 10 minutes of my time to fill out the online application and submit some pictures.

I got the response today and it reads, in part, "Thanks for sending in your application with us.  We think you have potential, but we'd like you to take some time to work on your body first.  When you think your body is where it needs to be, we'd like you to submit another application..."

OUCH.  I mean, I don't disagree with the critique.  I have a decent body and I've put on about 15 pounds of muscle in the last 6 months, but I don't have ripped abs or a massive upper body, and I never would have applied at a studio where all the guys look like that EXCEPT THAT YOU ASKED ME TO!!  Talk about an ego blow that I could have completely avoided.  Ooof.

Anyway, I just thought that made an amusing story for anyone following my continuing saga of tiptoeing into the world of porn.
