If you have doubts about your course of action then get PEP before its too late. Should you chose to become positive then make a conscious decision about it, when you are clear headed. IF you are going to want to take more poz loads and are still use at he end of the Pep course, you can always stat on PrEP until you are sure of the path you want to take. -
I concur with above, sounds like Truvada side affects, which will go away after your body gets used to the medication. I suffer hugely with depressive side affects to my PrEP, but I have halved the pills and am slowly building up to taking a whole pill every day, over the course of a month. So far it seems to be working.

Thanks Read1 its been better second time around....the only affects seem to be lethargy, and lack of Libido....so far so good.

I am battling against lethargy, intense dreams, depression, tiredness, and lack of Libido since stating on prep. Ive been told that the side affects will go away. I took PrEP for 4 weeks, then decided I needed a break from the symptoms, so I took a month break from the PrEP. Im now on day 3 of my second attempt with the medication..so far no depression.

The terms DDF or Clean are pretty loaded (excuse the pun) but I do ask if a sub is happy to share his status with me, just so I understand where we both come from. -
