That first picture looks like an ingrown hair thats infected and is likely a cyst. Not an expert though but where you mention it is on the area of the body (the bikini line), is typically where you get them. I get one every once in awhile and sometimes they can hurt like a bitch and take several weeks to heal. Some mupirocin ointment prescribed by your dermatiologist, and minocycline 2x a day will help it heal quicker. -
I also want to mention that if you are a resident of Washington D.C., you can get your vaccine. I have also heard from my friend in NorVA that they have just made the vaccine available to high risk Virginians.

Read that D.C. now makes up 8% of all monkeypox cases in the States. I am wondering when we can start receiving the smallpox vaccine since we are the highest risk group for catching it.

Get on prep. If hes undetectable, youre fine, but you shouldnt put your faith in people that when they tell you theyre undetectable, theyre actually undetectable. Some people lie about shit like that. So if you want to be sure, take your own precautions and get on PrEP.

Lets be real: we are all whores on here. We are literally ALWAYS being exposed to STI's given the number of sexual partners we all have. I think for every 100 guys I fuck I probably get something like gono or chlamydia. I think it would just be a bad idea for people to take antibiotics on a regular basis instead of simply waiting to get an STI before having it treated with an appropriate dose intended to kill the infection.

I think it would be better to wait to get an actual STI before taking medication than to just always be taking antibiotics because your body will build up resistance to those antibiotics and then they wont work for you in the future.

You probably have those things and you just dont even know it. You can test for herpes to see if your body has antibodies to it. You may have even had an outbreak in the past and you just didnt even realize it. Most of the population does have those two things and are simply carriers and never even have HPV or Herpes outbreaks at all. You definitely have HPV if youve fucked more than 5 people in your life because of your age and therefore havent been vaccinated against it like these younger generations. And if you take your medication and are POZ, remain undetectable, and healthy, your immune system is no more compromised than a person that doesnt have HIV. Getting something like an STI (Chlamydia, gono, etc) is not that big of a deal. I probably get fucked by 100-200 people before I ever happen to catch one of those, and then its just a simple visit to the doctor, and most of the time I wont even have many symptoms. Everybodys got or gets something from time to time. The real problem with barebacking is taking on the risk of contracting something that we havent seen yet and is just beginning to transmit sexually like HIV did for example, or has mutated to the point antibiotics no longer can treat it. There are strains of gono which are very, very difficult to treat. -
