  1. A single capful of X Lube mixed into a 16oz bottle of Hint water. Tastes mild and good. The lube is amazing (it makes small holes big and big toys small). It is stringy, but easy to clean up, no stains. it is like J Lube, but with out the dispersing agent, sucrose. Which makes it unsuitable for vaginal use and feeds whatever bacteria makes a batch go prematurely bad. It lists only polyethylene oxide, so it is pure lube powder. The Hint water is great, because there are no salts that you find in tap water or other bottled waters. These break down the lube chains, “breaking” the lube I use it exclusively, and there no unpleasant texture or flavor at all. Maybe a mild watermelon flavor that doesn’t interfere with the taste of the loads I push out into my hand to savor. if the Hint water throws you off, you could go with distilled water with no minerals mixed back in. This would give you the same amazing lube with absolutely no taste.
  2. The Transcrotal is not really a true "piercing" but rather a serious surgical body modification. This is why they are so rare. The scrotum is a skin bag filled with some dangly bits. A straight piercing through the 'neck' of the scrotum will not epitheliate (form a skin tunnel) like other surface piercings, or piercings that pass through solid flesh. They are constructed by making an incision on both sides of the scrotum, and stitching the boundary of the front incision to the boundary of the rear incision, surgically forming a tunnel from the existing skin. The sutures usually heal quickly, and can be stretched up to impressive gauges relatively quickly. The difficulty lies in the structures that are within the scrotum that must be avoided and kept in proper orientation to the formed tunnel. Also, an infection inside your scrotum will quickly become very serious. Anybody considering this body modification should do some serious research and try to find the most experienced (read: have done several successful transcrotals) and professional piercer possible. Consulting with a kink-friendly urologist beforehand would be ideal.
