Why not look into that rather than threaten lawsuits for something you have control over. It is perfectly reasonable the guy was not lying at all. Keep that in mind. So, you don't have to lie. Also, people are infectious within the window of infection and the first positive test. Threatening a lawsuit is not the best method of "serosorting."
