I've fucked a guy a few times and he's started to become a little clingy

 

I've told him I only want sex and he says he understands but messages me everyday, he wants to come over often, has talked about getting together for Christmas etc...

 

 I don't want to cut him off or be nasty (especially as he knows where I live)

 

Anyone else got this trouble?

Yes!! It is unfortunately frustrating.  I have lost some great FBs because they became too clingy.  Despite being perfectly clear what it is i was looking for and despite them saying yes they agree and understand I have had to cut ties with a few great tops who wanted more.
