I'd fuck him and get fucked by him but from what I've read in interviews he's a serious douchebag. He says he isn't poz and got the tat as it symbolizes his personality and the demons he struggles with.

If he was naive about it's meaning when he applied to work in porn, there's not an American casting director alive who doesn't know what it means and would have explained it to him before hiring him for his first video.
