So what are opinions on these? I kinda want to get my nipples pierced but idk if I should and if so if I should do bars or loops. My nipples are very sensitive...rub/lick/twist/flick them and i'll end up dripping precum so piercing would just intensify that right? And make it more likely a top would play with my nips while he's fucking me?

You will loose a lot of sensitivity with getting them pierced. I have one done and it's nowhere as sensitive as the other. I have a loop in mine, "d" shackles look great, if you are looking to play.. with weights etc

 As a top .. yep I like to play with pierced nips whilst fucking.

Be aware it's fairly painful.. and takes quite a while - months to heal.. keep moving the piercings about with a mild antiseptic wash. Otherwise I have seen the skin attach itself to the piercing and that produced a "big ouch moment" .

I used to have mine pierced. Sensitivity varies on the person, like other piercings, the exact change is unpredictable. I didn't increase in erotic sensitivity but I could feel the texture of fabric of different shirts.

The piercer to whom I went goes by the philosophy of aseptic, 'benign neglect' for initial healing- bars that are the width of the hole so that it can't move and break the scab-seal. After initial healing (1-2 months) you can swap to rings or other jewelry. I personally like loops.

Some people see pierced nips and think "I can pinch!" But it's pinching flesh against a metal rod inside... It can hurt bad. You have to let the other guy know quick your comfort level.

I had pierced nipples about ten years ago and found them to be a real pain. Took a long time to heal. They looked hot but was too much trouble. My pa is much better and more fun. It healed quickly. A lot more fun to play with.

I have had both of my nips pierced twice.... both times the holes migrated out.  My nips have always been wired directly to my dick.  The piercing for me just made it more so,  This varies greatly with everybody.  No two tits are the same.

Had both nips pierced with straight bars till they healed witch took 9 months. Today left nipple is a 10GA bar the right nip is a circular captive ball also 10GA. I like them and did not any sensitivity.

I have one current nipple piercing.  I actually got them done in a cross pattern (after the first ones had healed)  so that I had 4, but they migrated and rejected.  Then I got an infection and had to take one other one out. 

 

It hurts really bad, but the first one is not that bad because you feel endorphins and it's the second nipple that is really brutal. But it's a quick pain that goes away fast.

I’ve had mine pierced for almost a year now. Mine weren’t particularly sensitive before I had them pierced though, and they still seem to be somewhat lacking in sensitivity. They are, however, a little bit more sensitive than what they originally were like, and I’ve always loved seeing men in porn who have theirs pierced. For me, I partially got mine done to be more like them, as well as just wanting to increase my own personal hotness factor a bit more.

same here. Mine were basically not sensitive at all before i got them pierced. No matter how people or i played with them, i just felt nothing.

Now they are a little bit more sensitive than before but still need a good hand or mouth to make me feel good tho.

And just like you, i've always fantasized about those hot studs in porn with pierced nips and wanted to be more like them so even without the sensitivity i'd still had them pierced.
