Advice On Dealing With Prep Side Effects?

Having short-term, bad digestive upset is normal. It should subside after a day or two.

If you were taking it on an empty stomach, try taking it with food. Some people have better luck with food in their stomach.

I had terrible problems taking it in the morning that went away when I switched to taking it at bedtime, but other people have the reverse.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I am on the 3rd and i am doing better already. The first day was rough

I had very loose bowel movements (diarrhea) for the first few days on PrEP but those side effects stopped by the 3rd or 4th day. No side effects since that (2+ years now on PrEP).

Most guys who start PrEP have no side effects; for those who do, the side effects usually end in the first few days, or at most a couple of weeks.

Glad you're already feeling better, adam4adam.

Hang in there and keep thinking about taking all the raw loads you can get without worrying about HIV.
