I found out about PREP years ago after getting stealthed and taking PEP.

Apparently in the US and other countries, bareback is finally and almost completely safe option (yes a guy still managed to get HIV but that is a rarity).

 

Unfortunately in some countries, including mine, PREP is not an option.

Fact is that I don't believe in "safe BB" unless you manage to have a monogamous relation.

Stealthers are out there pozzing guys who than inadvertetly poz other guys.

And even wortst I am of the slutty types, I enjoy anon hookups in sleazy places like baths, porn cinemas and parks where condoms often are not avaible or not enough.

 

So what more options do you have in this case? Wait for PREP ? There are not even talks for starting it here.

A lot of slutty bottoms I heard simply gave up trying to use condoms and accepted to become poz since here you don't pay for HIV meds.

 

I'm quite angered and confused about what to do, I guess I should either give up completely on my desire to BB or accept siero conversion as inevitable.

Whats funny is that here if you look for BB sex 2/3 of the people you will meet are poz looking to convert you.

I keep hearing about other sources to get PrEP in other countries - maybe like fvkmebb just posted.  I've heard about a private facebook group too that's in some of these forums.  Search them out.  The fact you're on this site and so turned on by barebacking, you're going to end up doing it more and more.  However, that does not mean you need to become a bugchaser.  Chances are that PrEP or something even better will get approved if you can lower your risk some while you wait it out.  You are young enough - there is still plenty of hot barebacking years ahead of you   How much do you enjoy topping if it's raw?  I was a safe bottom till about 40 years old, then became pretty much a full time bb top for most of my 40s till PrEP came out.  realized I loved topping when a condom didn't ruin the feeling - plus I seemed to be in more demand as a top too - win -win lol

Apart from being on PrEP, I think that expecting to stay HIV-neg while having unlimited and unrestrained anonymous sex in bathhouses and hook-ups is quite unrealistic.

 

Anonymous sex is special, and for me the most powerful form of sexual experience. It allows me to realize fantasies, fetishes and role playing situations that become difficult to replay once I get to know the partners. That's why encounters with any long-term fuck-buddies have been 100% anonymous using a gloryhole.

 

But I'm aware that by engaging in anonymous sex I'm implicitly giving  consent to others to also realize their own fantasies, their own fetishes and their own role playing situations where I'm just an object to them. I also think that intentional pozing is not very common. Some stealthing situations could be when poz men in a bathhouse feel the need to ignore their HIV+ status. I'm not poz but it must get tiring to have to always disclose HIV status before sex so I can imagine how freeing must anon encounters feel.

 

I personally think that poz guys need a space where they can feel free from having to deal with poz status. For that reason I have no problem with guys stealthing in anon situations.

After taking anonymous loads since my 30 - so for almost 25 to 30 years... In the beginning not to often than more frequent.

I am still negative [tested this month] and can't get Prep here, but  am thinking about buying it online.

I took loads for 20 years without turning poz before I started PrEP last year. That includ d lots of anonymous sex including trips to the baths. Yes, if you take stranger cum without PrEP, you will be risking catching HIV, but you are not guaranteed to do so. Don't make the mistake of actively seeking conversion only because it seems inevitable.

Sex with undetectable guys is a good strategy for staying neg. Barebacking within a small group is another.
