OK, ok, so you've probably heard this a million times before and I'm sure I'll get some nasty responses from some of you who have no time for it, but your responses will be appreciated regardless.

Infection on PrEP generally requires you to either have very little Truvada in your system due to missed doses, or the top to be shooting lots of detectable poz cum in your hole that is resistant to the two drugs in Truvada (where the tops infection is not under controlled by a different cocktail.)

Thanks for your responses - it's good to have a place to talk about stuff.  I definitely agree with "desire vs. compulsion" - compulsive behavior has been a shadow in my life and I don't want to bring it into this arena.
