For about 4 months I've been taking PREP and loving giving and taking bareback loads. But, I've contracted syphilis and gonnorhea 4 times. My doc keeps asking, "Are you using condoms?" I say that I like natural sex. I have asked guys that take it raw whether they are clean. What gives? Are there better questions to ask? I don't want to scare off potential bareback guys. Some guys don't know that they have STIs. Also, I guess that the guys doing bareback sex with the porn companies don't have to worry about STIs, really. They seem to be clean. More to come... Seems very unlikely. Most likely case if you contracted them once and you are not clearing them? Or maybe you are hooking up with some guy that is constantly reinfecting you... Have been promiscuous for many years normally fucking without a condom but this year, as I've become more bottom and found the delight of getting fucked raw, is the 1st time I ever got a STI, Chlamydia in Feb then Ghono in March. This was really the catalyst for getting on to Prep. Wont stop the STi's but will hopefully prevent HIV. Read1 Posted August 17, 2016 Author Report Share Posted August 17, 2016 Hardix, My doctor gave me an injection and 4 red pills and said to lay off sex for 7 days. During the 7 days I feel better. No white creamy discharge. No prickly feeling inside my penis. But as I get horny, I start up with bareback sex right after the break of 7 days. I want to meet guys and not stare at a computer/laptop screen. And I love the dark room of Steamworks as well. Perhaps I should have a better conversation with the guys I fuck or take their load. As has been said many times, you can ask them thier status and when they last got checked but nothing is foolproof. I just don't want to have to go back to my new doc with syphilis and/or gonorrhea symptoms due to bareback sex. Thanks for all your thoughts and replies!
