What it most likely is not your add content, but the fact you pissed someone off. All they have to do is report you once for abuse/harassment, and all your future adds will be removed. It happened to me, although I have never abused/harassed anyone. And you have no recourse with CL. I ended up getting a new phone # and creating a new account with a new email.
