bearbandit Posted October 23, 2016 Report Share Posted October 23, 2016 From what I understand there's far less documentation in this instance than in the other two, and I don't think anything is known about his adherence. There's a difference between extremely unlikely and impossible. But there's a whole load of rare events (like getting struck by lightning) that are more likely than seroconverting whilst being adherent to PrEP.
