It gives haters ammunition to oppose decriminalization of consenting partners or those that are undetectable and medically proven unable to transmit HIV to anyone. Too many guys are in jail for just loving another or because of simple desire. A lot of this pertains to heterosexual issues that I understood the author put a feminist slant on. One ended up embroiled in a country wide manhunt because he pozzed a bunch of teens. The other was more of a hushed secret that everyone talked about and assumed was happening but no one ever really proved or cared enough about to look into because the dude was very openly poz and very clear about his interests. While the videos on xtube and porn hub can be hot - I'm generally under the impression that 99% of the stuff we see online for "stealthing," is just some freaky porn and less about actually trying to poz someone. That also being said, for dudes who cruise and are taking it raw in parks and understall - If you aren't specifically asking someone if they're neg I think you're being pretty clear you don't give a shit if they're pumping a huge poz load up your cunt. I run that risk, and I take it. However, anybody who is Poz/has a high virile load and intentionally stealths a negative man/woman deserves the death penalty. If you bareback and don't ask/care about someone's status, You are taking responsibility for the risk you are taking and only you can deal with the consequences. That's entire different in comparison to sabotaging a condom or slipping it off when the person thinks you are wearing one. There are plenty of guys out there will to take a poz load and I agree 100% that those who intentionally infect unknowing people deserve the death penalty. You're giving them a life long illness that they didn't want. I may catch some flak for that considering the basis of this site but it is what it is.
