In fact , I used to vacuum pump my balls really Big - loved them and thought of Saline or Silicone them ! I got so addicted that it was tough stilling down - they were like grape fruit size . I got a few stares at the gym - wishing I could of been in a Gay gym . The main purpose of me replying is Silicone is for Life and Saline is a purpose a period of time !
