HVL into AIDS?

Was trying to research online a bit. I know that a high viral load doesn't equate AIDS, that is more derivative of the CD4 count, but is there a generic standard as to what a viral load would have to reach to be considered full blown?

Am not an expert by any means, but from what I've read and deducted, as you say the HVL is really not the determining factor as all guys are different in the way their immune system handles the disease, so VL's vary a lot from a few thousand counts up into the millions during the years and the transistion from HIV into full blown. It is the CD count and when it hits the low numbers that is used to diagnose the onset of full blown for the most part.
