Best douching techniques

Hi everyone!

I wonder what kind of enemas/douching u guys use to clean up your asses. When I make an enema I have that nasty irritating feeling after wasting the water, do u feel tha same? Or maybe u give a couple of advices how to douche with the comfort? Thanks! : )

Could be one of several problems:
Turn down the water pressure if it's a hose/shower douche. Filter the water before using if it's a bulb/bottle douche. Finger some lube into your asshole before douching. Do smaller amounts of water, hold it inside for a few minutes longer than you were, then release.

EDIT TO ADD:

I use a shower hose type enema, usually take as much water as it comfortable, hold it like 5 minutes, then release it. Do that like 3 times. Wait about 15-30 minutes, do it another 1-2 times. Then a few minutes before I'm going to play, I touch-up/double-check with a bulb/fleet enema (if using fleet, dump out the saline and use water).

Shower hose, mildly warm water for the win. Take in on all fours with ass arched, let sit and try as long as possible to keep it in. right before you cant take it no more, hop on the john and let it go. 

I learned this from a porn star that did a short video of what he does and it was amazing how much easier it was. Sadly dont remember his name....

Saw an ad for some pill to make things easier for anal clean up. It was basically a fiber pill so I went to drug store and bought cheaper version, using it to the max recommendation. Has made clean up extremely easy, both simple rectal clean up and deep clean as well. Plus, my cholesterol is totally normal at my last check up! #winning

This s a great How To reference. My hole is hosed out everyday at least once due to the amount of heavy play i enjoy and that guide is a great reference. I use a portable shower device with a long 22" flexible nozzle.

I think that advice is spot-on. Low pressure of water flow but(t) lots of it. Working on the lower colon and then upper colon once the lower is clean (output). Also I like to reduce carbs a few days the weekend (my main bb fuck time) and move to high-ish protein yogurts. It works for me (as there is less 'solid' going in).

Pure For Men. Check Amazon. I take it for regularity and shape

Yeah, it’s called Pure for Men. But when I looked at the ingredients, I saw I could get a generic version at the drugstore. Any fiber supplement will do the trick. Take the max recommended dosage and drink plenty of water. I clean out using a metal shower hose from Home Depot.i get the water temp running warm, put the hose against my anus and let the pressure push the water in. I lean down, let it fill me to the count of 30, then stand properly and push the dirty water out. The fiber pretty much binds the feces so it’s pushed out easily.

using Pure for Men also. Keeps the stool firm so don't need to douche much. I do use Summer Eve when needed, fill it up and insert at least 3-4 times, ass up in the air, shake around a bit, by they last time the water is coming out clear.

Available (for UK guys) on AMAZON in the UK for £11.35 (price correct at 26.10.2017).  Or you could use SENOKOT tablets too?

thanks guys this is,the really useful helpful stuff i do worry a lot about stuff getting messy I'm sure clean be more fun ?
