Littlewolf looks like he is credited in three porn vids besides Couples III. The other two for Bijou Classics: Two Handfuls and Sex Toilets 2. I'd 'swag' it as about 1977 based on the Chevy Caprice station wagon in the lead in (and how about those 3-wheeled ATVs the rolled over so easy!!). Near the end of the clip you can see the lamp that is in your original image. Based on the quality of that original image, I think it was probably a promotional shot from the video shoot rather than a still.
