I was stunned as shit when I read about this as I get so much action off CL...have been using it since I was 15. He w much longer will Backpages and Eros be able to keep offering ads? I'm all in Favor of stamping out sex trafficking and I'm sure the "bad actors" will shift to apps or something else. Grindr, Scruff, GROWLr, TDS, MYLOL, and Hornet must be loving this. For a lot of guys, myself included, it'll probably mean more old style cruising in bathrooms and parks, which is a lot riskier for getting busted. I could also see sites like this, Squirt, and BBRT deciding to shutter too. I was recently suspended on BBRT and didn't even know that could happen. I bet they're gonna be cracking down now too. Police have been moderating Backpages for Years, so I am suprised this happened now. They should have monitored it better or hell set a trap for sex-trafficing. Instead they Punish all and just pushes those who do Trafficking to change their operarions, but it will not stop. I thought the USA learned durimg prohibition that people just make their own moonshine. You can NOT legislate people's behavior. Still it will be up to porn sites and video production companies to fight for all. Funny that just last year California voters decided pot was legal and Condoms were not required for porn actors. I know the small company I was involved with HDK had 2 full time law practices and Bill would consult with others as well. Guess I can delete the Craigslist App on my phone. I've tried the apps, but I don't find the "out and proud" gays entertaining, and they seem to feel the same with me. All I have met tend to become clingy and get pissed if you don't want to hookup on their time, so I stuck with CL for the past 5 years ago, where it was mostly married/closeted guys, which was fine with me since all they would want is to hit it and quit it... but now what? I guess I will try and give the apps a try again.
