If you're willing to travel to Queens I recommend going to the Fair Theatre in Astoria near LaGuardia Airport

The Fair can be incredibly fun. Best to go when you can stay for a few hours.

Bjiou/club82 on east 4th st.  Hours 7pm-4am $13 no re entry if you leave.  The other, like mrprepared mentioned, is the Blue Door downstairs on 1st ave.  Its $10 and your allowed to leave and re-enter if its slow.  Was there Saturday night.  Its very nasty and rundown which I like.

Fair Theatre in East Elmhurst Queens is the best, I have been going there since the early nineties.
