BadInBrooklyn Posted November 2, 2018 Report Share Posted November 2, 2018 I've used the Hotel Pennsylvania a couple of times. It's a little run down, but clean. It's huge and very busy so it's easy for you and your "guests" to stay anonymous. They keep an employee posted by the elevators, but they don't stop anybody unless it's really late, like 3 or 4am.
