The way I was introduced to MPREG was through fan-authored fiction. I stumbled over it in a story I started reading and found there is a rich subculture of explicit fanfic encompassing so very many kinks. It led me to knotting, Alpha/Omega dynamics, MPREG, etc. which is quite the head trip for a man like me. There is very good and very bad writing to be found, I've read a lot at [think before following links] https://archiveofourown.org that I liked. They are set in world where all the women died, and they genetically engineered men into 3 genders: Alphas (tops), Betas (infertile), and Omegas (bottoms). Omegas go into heat and can get pregnant if they get fucked when they are in heat. It's not science fiction; the world is like mid-20th century because all the high tech knowledge got lost. The series is pretty good. Aria Grace also writes Mpreg fiction. In her stories, the Alphas and Omegas exist alongside the rest of humanity without any explanation of where they came from. They are also pretty hot. I read the whole Omega House series. I read all of them on my Kindle app. They are all available on Kindle Unlimited if you pay for that.
