@Hunter22 has it right.  It has to be done at the right moments.  I've done this as a top and had it done as a bottom and loved it both ways.  If you're the receiver, make sure that you're at a point where you're comfortable with your top's cock inside you; otherwise, the ramming back in part gets a bit too painful and dampens the pleasure that it should be.
