Recent visitors block

What does it mean when I see:

The recent visitors block is disabled and is not being shown to other users.

Go to your profile. Scroll down a bit, and you will see "Recent Profile Visitors." In this area, you can see the last few people who have visited your profile as can anyone else who visits your profile page. To the right in the bar at the top of this section, you should see an "X" If you hover over this, you should see "Disable this block." If you click the X, the list of recent visitors goes away. If you do this, you will see a link you can click that turns the feature back on. When see the message you posted above, it means someone has clicked the X on their block.
