I am a huge follower of OF and I have seen a number of videos where the poppers are sort of "just off camera", but it's apparent that they have been used. In particular, group videos I have noticed prescription medication bottles (for say viagra) and I think it should be considered normal as these videos are shot in people's homes or hotel rooms. Perhaps the reason I am seeing these particular videos that show what you are saying is prohibited, is because of my source for these OF videos.
