Does anyone have the similar experience like me?  I am totally addicted to porn and i always jerked off whiling watching my porn. yeah using porn too much really affected me - i am reducing it but i seriously found that it stopped me from pursuing men and even having sex i would often go limp - my brain just wasnt used to the real thing - just the imaginary porn version lol. Try and clean out your laptop - genuinely delete things. if you use websites you can use apps to block when you go on. It's silly but a bit of structure to make you hopefully not jerk off means you can start pursuing people - but I know you said there arent a whole lot of gays around and tbh things like grindr are crap - it's still better than a life of just jerking off.

Jerking to porn does have some advantages (it's safe sex, lasts as long as you want, it's there when you want it and it can be repeated as often as you want, etc) but it lacks social interaction and the tactile stimulation that another person can provide. I don't think you have to give up porn, just modify the way you use it. Try watching it before you go out to stimulate and increase your level of horniness. Edge to it but don't cum. If you go out and don't find what you're looking for, you know the porn will be there to get you off when you get home, but it won't have prevented you from going out in the first place.
