I know 100% for sure that I'm a better fuckhole than I was when I was young and just starting out. Local culture is a major factor as well: a 18 yo is an adult in America, while he's barely a teenager in countries like Italy. Hell I might say that people become adults at 35 over here. Peter Pan syndrome is a major cultural problem, and social media is demolishing what was left of an already short attention span/need for instant and immediate gratification.
