I think the main reason you don't see more of this is that there aren't that many tops who are capable of breeding several bottoms in a row to each's satisfaction. One top could fuck all of them, but not produce cum shots for each.

If they stay in position for hours on end, they might (MIGHT!) each get a load separated by great lengths of time (which you can compress in editing, but you can't make happen much faster while filming). Say you have four bottoms lined up; figure 10 minutes between load 1 and load 2; figure another 30+ minutes before Load 3; figure at least that long, if not much longer, for Load 4 - if you can get a top who can produce 4 loads in a 2-3 hour window. 

Alternatively, you can have as many tops as bottoms, but that becomes a lot harder to coordinate and time right.

I can see why it is not a common set up. But it also works for me if there's multiple tops breeding those holes. As long as the setup is that the bottoms are submissive and obediently taking cock like a manwhore buffet.
