Trust: The Hand Book plus Helpful Reads

When I was first learning how to fist or the art of handballing, I was in good hands and regularly playing with some legendary Fist Fuckers: Guyanasa, Brerbear, Galen, Friendlywasp among others in the scene in Chicago during Fistings resurgence period. I owe them a lot. I also owe a great debt to my brothers in MAFIA.

I also got great tips and advice from several online and written sources.  I figured we could use this thread for recommendations for material that is instructional. 

My favorite book on fisting is "Trust: The Handbook - A Guide to the Sensual and Spiritual Art of Handballing" by Bert Herrnann. It gives advice on how to take a fist, give a fist, and some history. Did you know fisting was a part or early yoga practice? I  would go to class every day if my yoga instructor included this practice.

This book was really instrumental on getting me into the appropriate head space for fisting.

What reading or forums do you recommend?

The Sacred Art of Fisting by  Larry Shockey  is another resource from online for fisting. I found it titled as SAOF_Final_web.pdf. I'll see if I can somehow attach it to my profile.   As you can see from his preface first paragraph,  he had an accident while fisting.
