Unfortunately, the effect is not permanent - if you unlock for more than a few days after a prolonged period in chastity, you’ll start getting erections again. Basically the idea is to keep your balls in water that is 116-125 degrees for 10-20 minutes a day for 2-3 weeks. Some also use heating pads in their underwear. Several years ago, i began to wonder if i had ED because i couldn't get an erection. But i started noticing that my equipment still worked.
