I stay in shape, eat healthy, exercise, take care not to be crazy re alcohol or other chemicals and draw on my life experiences to guide me forward. I no longer have six pack abs and find myself at more doctor appointments than 20 years ago. I'm still drawn to men and enjoy assertive Tops using my body for their pleasure.
