Story time!

Last IML (2019), I was just leaving the Black and Blue Ball. I was with other people I didn't know and we were all waiting for the bus to take us back to the Congress Hotel. During our wait, we got a little show. This aged black man, who was clearly a homeless man, approached and tried begging for change from the group. I guess  as long as it's beneficial for both parties there's no harm in it, but I still don't get the attraction.
