It seems like most of the fun there happens during the day.  At night most are out at the bars fucking.  Day passes  are also available and guys not staying there seem to be plenty knowing they will likely find a host that has a sling in his room. You might be able to find someone coming home alone after the bars though that is still horny and wanting to fuck though.

Busiest when there's a gay related event going on in Ft. Lauderdale, like PIG WEEK at the end of November. You can find a fair amount of activities going on. A lot of time in the earlier part of the week, the place is quiet. Weekends are when you'll find the action.

Always a good time. Daytime is busy but night time is also good in that the men there are there for the same reason you are. 
Sex is always abundant and the place is well worth the money.
