Is it because there is no need for access cards, and visitors can just walk to the room? Do any of the rooms have special features that can help anonymous hook-ups? I have been meaning to try Belvedere as well. Will look forward to hearing about your experience. They definitely don't ask for key card to enter the hotel nor is a card needed for the elevators. But I've been told the elevators are small and have long wait times during afternoons as the place has only two of them , so try to get a room on the first or second floor making it easy for all the tops to just take the stairs to you rather than waiting for 10 minutes for an elevator.
