Red Right mentioned earlier is an excellent source of FF information. You might also check the forums on Asspig.com. One thing to keep in mind before FF play is to master your preparation techniques. Preparing for fucking vs getting ready for handball is very different. Guys into handball understand their body and digestion cycles. I always tell guys starting out to develop a good cleanout method. When you know you are good and clean you can focus on the play without worrying about accidents. A good fisting top will be patient. It's all about the connection and trust. I always ask the bottom what they are trying to achieve - depth, width, etc. You will know when you are ready to advance. It took me years before I could take a fist to the elbow.
