Going deep feels a little uncomfortable at first, and every time you go deeper it is a bit uncomfortable again until you regularly go to that depth. Once you’ve taken it elbow deep multiple times then it starts feeling really good. I’m at the elbow right now, and I know I can go deeper it is just a lot of discomfort when I start breaking my depth record, so I can only goo deeper slowly and little by little.
