Hi there. I'm a member of thisvid.com. I worked hard to get my friend count up so I could watch most clips on there. I also posted a lot of content. However on 29 September, as a result of being slightly trashed I had to reset my password.  I did this through the normal procedure on the site, made a request  and waited for the new login details to be sent to my email.  As of  tonight, (17 October)I have yet to receive  anything.
