I don't mind kissing, but it's not a must for me. It really depends on the situation. 

For me, it seems like one of the more "romantic" things to do, so I don't feel the need to kiss every guy I fuck. I know some guys that save that exclusively for guys they are dating, and I don't have a problem with that.
