I know, an argument can be made that they already are, but I'd like to see a specific club for poz guys, we could still have free testing for other STDs -- I really don't want to pick up anything else, especially with antibiotic resistant stuff moving more into reality.

Offer condoms, like other places -- the local health departments would probably insist on that anyway -- but make it clear it's for serosorting -- if you bug chasers get in, just don't be loud about it.
